Position tranquille. au dessous de la maison il y a à un terassement agrémenté d'une piscine (6x12) avec vue panoramique. La piscine est partagè avec les loueur qui habitent dans la villa a cotè mais seulement pendant les mois de jiullet et d'aout. Les voitures peuvemt etre garés a lìnterieru du parque completement cloturé autour de la maison de vacances.
La maison dispose
d'ùne cuisine, un salon et une salle de douches au rdc, deux
chambres a lit et une grande salle de bain dans le souterrain, et elle
est adapte pour 2 couples avec enfants

We rent for holidays this house, built on a small hill, in a
park, near Bibbona's medieval borough.
The house is in Bibbona , 10 Km from the sea.
It was builted in 2006 and is the outbuilding of a Villa,
where the owner passes the summer
with the family.
Both houses are built in an olive-groove (about 5000 square meter).
They both use the swimming pool (12x6 m).
The house has two floors:
in the ground floor, after the loggia, there is a big kitchen with all
household appliances (fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, gas oven), bathroom, living room with two sofa and
another one that could be opened and used like a bed. There is the
satellite cable for the TV.
the basement is well enlightened and ventilated, it can be reached by
an internal stair or an external one. This area is organized in this
way: by the internal stair a corridor leads to two big and comfortable
bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed. In this floor there
is also a laundry and a big bathroom.
The house is perfect for two couples and two or three children.
